ABOUT THE CENTRAL MISSOURI BOARD OF REALTORS®
Association Executive Welcome
Welcome to the Central Missouri Board of Realtors® website. We are a six (6) county board including Saline, Cooper, Howard, Chariton, Carroll and Eastern Lafayette.
The Central Missouri Board of REALTORS®, Inc. (CMBR) is a non-profit 501(C)6 trade organization whose primary members are licensed real estate professionals. (The corporation owns the Multiple Listing Service of the Central Missouri Board of REALTORS®). As a member of CMBR, each REALTOR® belongs to the Missouri Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®
All REALTORS® subscribe to uphold a strict Code of Ethics that governs their business behavior in all real estate transactions.
The term REALTOR® is a licensed collective trademark which may be used only by members of the National Association of REALTORS®.
The mission of the Central Missouri Board of REALTORS® is to empower each member to excel professionally and ethically by providing a gateway to resources and solutions.

The Central Missouri Board of REALTORS® was originally granted their charter from the National Association of REALTORS® on November 12, 1946
